Smile Pryvet moi druges ! For your Tea enthusiasm !

Okay Fellas...this is for Loon N Don and any one interested . Condensed into one Post. all your russian needs right here ! To your Health ! Podstakannik - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Russian tea culture - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Tea Glasses for Tea Glass Holders, Crystal, Clear Kusmi Tea | Cardullo's Gourmet Shoppe 800-491-8288 Tea Kusmi Tea- Online sale of various teas: green tea, black tea Amazon.com: russian tea glass holder A Taste of Russia: A Cookbook of Russian Hospitality: Darra Goldstein: 9781880100677: Amazon.com: Books Rules Russian tea 1.) Always have your teaspoon in your glass when pouring your tea or you risk cracking the glass. You can take it out after pouring and it will be fine (so you don't have to drink around a spoon). 2.) Russian tea is very communal and is not about extended pinkies and teensie sandwiches. It's about friends and family, communal ritual, and good food if possible. ............In the old days, russians drank tea with a sugar cube between the teeth and that was tea n crumpets. Russian tea has humble warm roots . Notes on links: Cardullos is a good source for Kusmi tea.Good service. Good prices. I use the Kusmi site for more informative purposes. Also, Kolchugino is the name of the manufacturer in russia. If the add says Kolchugino then it's the real deal ,and don't get fooled into gold or silver holders as they get too hot. They are more for show. The Amazon prices are fair also .Trust me,I have been to many russian gift/tea sites and I have seen rediculous prices on some of these.I got mine from Virgin bee on amazon and they were prompt and trustworthy and it's the real original deal. Russian cookbook link is for the second edition ,I have the first which has great info on russian tea and custom. The second edition should be just as good.......So friend's...I hope this helps tame your inner Cossack. This is Hobbit approved and I use these links my ownself. Good Luck and Good Fortune and God Bless !

This is how the now almost lost art of Game night was invented Mick. Nice long games like chess,Rummy,Monopoly and Scrabble were the mainstay of many a long cold winter nights.
