Thread: just wanted to share tonight's dinner with you guys..

    Chinese take out rocks the house!
    1. I've had spare ribs, the entire world over and have NEVER encountered bad Chinese spare ribs.
    2. There's the obligatory spicy chicken ball/stir fried vegetable dish
    3. The ubiquitous noodle dish with bean pods and other miscellaneous veggies
    4. Pork fried rice
    5. Egg rolls with some of that great, make your forehead sweat, Chinese mustard.

    Fellas, I've backed the feast up with a couple cold Yuengling Black and Tans. I'm a happy man!

    What do you do when Winco has pork shoulder butts on sale for $1.49/Lb.??
    You buy 2, 8 pounders,make pulled pork for Carnitas out of one,than Make Linguica)
