    Oh man, that stuff is -SO- good! I had a batch about a month ago that had bacon and cheddar on top ... I warmed it in the oven and dipped it in ranch. Bacon cheddar ranch.... Ooooohhh!!!
    It's just corn syrup... Warm, blood flavored, corn syrup ...

    Done,not to sour yet but will get so over a couple weeks,some bread, some homemade white bean and ham soup on a rainy cold night tonight,life is good

    Got my deer back from the butcher....had some back strap chops on the grill,3 min per side and a 3 min rest,with baked spud w/ butter,sour cream,horse radish,and Broccoli. We had to arm wrestle for the last piece of Venison.....good stuff right there !!

    Did you save the liver? Deer liver sliced thin,dredged in flour.some pepper,some salt fried in bacon grease,some bacon and onys on the top,to die for)

    have an ice cheat handy,got to get both iced as soon as it is field dressed.
    My dad and I always hunted Mulies,always had snow handy,Liver and heart is great grub.

    Okay..so I worked on Thanksgiving. That's okay though cause I got fed well by the residents. I had backup at home however and cooked it up last night. So....here it is. We got ,Roast Chicken with ,rosemary,mixed herbs,spring onions and bacon. Mashed potatoes with garlic,spring onions and porcini/truffle oil. Cranberry sauce with lemon/orange and zest of both and sweetened with honey. For the beverage,Sparkling Grape/Apple Cider and for dessert......Pumpkin/Gingerbread Trifle. Just another fine mini feast in Hobbiton heh heh.....Name:  001.jpg
