    I've been doong this on the RMC recruitment site as there are a few guys who are trying to fix diet to suit output as it were so I ashamedly stole the thread from here lol.

    got Woks? we bought this in San francisco 35 yrs ago,4 bux, carbon steel,has never seen soap,welded up the base to fit over a gas stove burner.You can cook anything in them.

    The second boule (round loaf) of Calamata-Asiago sourdough is in the oven as I write. 'Too lazy to snap a pic atm. Hats off to the gents that can make a good meal w/out opening a can or the freezer.
