Thanked: 15Really.
I'll try that on the next cook out.
Do you dilute the soy sauce down?

Thanked: 884No sir,
Just put the steaks on a platter and pour straight Kikko-Man soy sauce over 'em, lift 'em up so it gets under 'em, flip after 30 or 40 minutes, wait another 30 or 40 minutes and heat 'em up and eat 'em up. Time isn't real critical on the marinating, the longer they soak, the saltier they get is all.
If salt is an issue, you can try the low salt version.

Thanked: 3my mom has always used a mixture of soy sauce, mustard and spices as a steak marinade. The secret with soy sauce is its a fast marinade and you cant let it sit more than about an hour or it will make the steak too salty. I personally prefer to just rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.

Thanked: 884I used to be able to piss over a 5 strand barb wire fence.
I'd have wet boots if I tried it now I think.
I've quit taking all that pee freely stuff. Wasn't helping anybody but the dope pushers. The doc told me it was surgery or deal with it.
I'll deal with it.
