This afternoon I smoked two Cornish game hens. I was using wood chips made from Tobasco barrels which I think is why the skin is so dark. The chicken tastes great-salty, smokey goodness. Sorry the pictures came out so poorly.

Croissant
Apple crisp, not pictured

Tonight is catch of the day.
A few yellow perch and one nice 20" catfish.
Sauteed zucchini and yellow squash , for the side.
Looks like their ready for a bubble bath in peanut oil.
