It's one thing to say "I had a hamburger today" and not take a pic but when ya start getting really foodie about it i.e. Gourmet Mac n cheese and all well......why does thou torture me so ?!

I use a digital cam all the time. You just plug it into your PC and down load the pics onto your pic files and then go from there. Hope that helps ?

We had chicken and noodles; perfect for the cool weather we are having.

Did you know Thomas Jefferson owned his own macaroni press?

Let's see if this link to one of Jefferson's drawings works.http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8w4y3_82ef...%2BMachine.jpg

    Macaroni

Break macaroni into small pieces, there should be 2 cupsfuls, and boil into salted water until tender. Grate 1/4 lb. of cheese and mix with the same amount of butter. Stir into macaroni and bake like polenta (the polenta recipe calls for the dish to be baked in a moderate oven until the cheese is thoroughly melted).
