    That does sound pretty nice.. My porridge is usually just porridge. Simmered in some milk. Time is usually a factor. Lol

    One of the reasons we prefer self catering. We can eat what and when we want.

    It's Sunday, so a roast chicken dinner it is. Except the middle who wanted noodles.

    Got my old cast Iron griddle pan out today on the menu a very early tea for me and the Mrs, I knocked up this pan griddled Tuna with edamame and petit pois salad, bok choi and baby sweetcorn.

    So... For tonights dinner. Local sirloin steak from a little town butcher. Nom nom.
