    Had macca cheese for dinner.

Apple tree has started producing. Last few years they have gone to waste.

This year we have been grabbing them as they fall. Today we got enough to make a crumble.

Rabbit is super. That looks excellent. Goat is a very tasty meat I like as well....

An amazing dining experience a few days ago. 72 hour braised Wagyu short rib at Mizumi in the Wynn, Las Vegas. So tender, so delicious - absolute perfection!

Ok... For Dinner/Appetizers... From my garden -
hot cherry peppers stuffed with seasoned panko bread crumbs, parmesan, provolone and ham.
Jalapenos stuffed with peach preserves and homemade beer cheese topped with churizo sausage.
Brandy wine tomato and fresh basil
Let us not forget a nice crusty Italian bread and some good olive oil for dipp'in and a tasty beverage of course...
