Veal Pelmeni with a pork cutlet seasoned with cumin,sage, parsley,Spring onions and smoked paprika a little mayo and some toasted sesame seeds....sort of East Europe meets Southern Europe seasoning wise.

Beef stew in the Dutch Oven to ward off this arctic cold blast that we're having this weekend. Stew beef, celery, yellow turnip, potato, carrot, purple turnip, onion, and dumplings. Hearty and warm.

I know, I know... It look like more beef at the store, then started slicing up the veggies and well, there were more veggies than anything!! Or the beef all sank to the bottom, yeah that's it.
