Tonights was macaroni and cauliflower in a 4 cheese sauce. 2 types of cheddar some brie and mozzerella.

Took my bride to our local smokehouse for dinner tonight.
This is what 14 hours of smoke does to a brisket.
Baked mac and cheese and slaw to compliment.

Added some BBQ Smoked Pork Sausage also and topped with Mustard Greens
I don't know if I can wait until tomorrow, might have to sample a bowl tonight hehehe
Might have to make some Sweet Cornbread to go with this

Bordello buns for supper tonight. Stuffed with venison and cabbage with a little onion.
A little venison wrapped in bacon on the side but these will probably be used more for lunches nest week!
