They are shavers, made from fine steel. Will take a keen, smooth Jnat edge.

I have also been collecting some E.A. Berg chisels and lucked on to a couple plane blades. That old carbon steel takes and holds a fine edge as well. Pricy but love it.

That is a nice razor with an elegant blade design.

I've some other Swedish razors and one is a Jernbolaget Faux Frameback... really a good shaver!

    1) Jernbolaget Faux Frameback 5/8"
    2) E.A. Berg 5/8" 1/4 H (love this too)
    3) J.A. Hellberg"Soderfors Extra Specialstal 5/8" FH
    4) C.W.Helijestrand n.7 5/8" 1/4 H (still have to work on this)

    All good razors.

Default Another Swedish one & a Japanese too :)

Just @ home this nice one from Sweden. The maker is unknow (btw already posted in the dedicated thread... but got no answer yet ) The shape seems to me very similar to some C.W. Heljestrand razors.

My question for you fine gentlemen, is what do you have shipping to you right now? I thought it would be interesting/fun to see what other members are using or purchasing for their shaving hobby. Whether it might be a cream or a soap, a razor or a strop, pre shave or post shave, anything really! This will hopefully be a great thread for all members to see products others are using, or receiving shortly, and to also get feedback from members on products they might want to try in the future.

I'll start her off! Right now I am waiting for a puck of Mitchell's Wool Fat soap as well as a tub of the Proraso Pre-shave Sensitive Skin cream. I hope both of these live up to their awesome reputations and treat me right. Also waiting for a D.R. Harris shampoo bar as well but that's not really shaving related...

    Happy Shaving Everyone!

Thanks for great work Richard!, as always..

So the W&B FBU was missing an outer collar when I got it. I was going to rob one off of another razor but I didn't have any to match exactly so I got a couple of these kits off of fleaBay.

May be a member but I'm not sure.

I also got some horn (black and blond) and bone slabs which I don't have pictures for at the moment. I would encourage anyone to check them out. https://guitarpartsandmore.com/ . I've had good luck with this provider before. The one complaint I have is that they don't have a search bar which made it hard for me to find my way back to what I was looking for. Here is the link to the horn slab page. https://guitarpartsandmore.com/produ...-Horn-Slabs-16.
