Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Dynamic Warm-up - 15 minutes
Leg day is always a favourite, all drop-sets:
Squats on the Smith Machine 15/4
Leg Press 12/4
Leg extension 12/4
Leg curl 12/4
Standing Calf raises 15/4
Seated Calf raises 15/4
Crunches on Yoga Ball 4/25 - last 25 with a 20lb weight (I despise these; hence I know I need to do them more)
Cool down walking around the track, and was lucky enough to get the advanced women's aerobics class and them dancing to a great song:

Had never heard of them, but youtube is our friend. Turn the volume down, the music is disgusting .......
No, none of the participants are me ...........
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Nice Carl!! As you progress, try to straighten your elbows and hold the rings so that the palms of your hands are(slightly) facing forward. Much harder granted, but works your forearms like none other. Dips, pushups, and muscleups on the rings are always fun too

Thanked: 485Thanks Parker. I know you're a star on these things! I had read about twisting the palms forward and have been able to do it (I think!)...
Tonight I did a quick 20 minute session on them with about 7 sets of incline push ups (only 8 reps) and then used an interval timer to do 8 intervals of 20 seconds work 40 seconds rest holding the spt position. It was hard! You get a REAL pump in the pecs, and even my HEAD started to hurt!!
This was only my third session but already I'm a BIT more stable on them, still a weakling though...Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?
