    Yesterday (late post):
    -Drop sets with flat Benchpress.
    -Pull-ups on squat rack.
    -Standing Military Press.
    -Barbell Bicep Curls.
    -Squats.
    -Leg Press.
    -Weighted Calf Raises.
    -Incline Dumbell Press.

    Went out yesterday afternoon on my CX bike and did a gentle 32km surf & turf (part road / part off-road).

    Don't feel too bad today, so hopefully this flu is something of the past.

    Update on the DOMS:
    Just a thought, try taking Glutamine powder. I've been using it, really helps speed up recovery. Helps metabolize protein. Your body produces it on it's own, but heavy training will deplete it.
