Weight room still obliterated due to car crashing through it so been doing a mish-mash of cardio and machine weights in the main cardio and track area...walking to warm down, so got to watch some type of retro aerobics dance class, hadn't heard this in a long, long time, Run DMC, great song and was hilarious to watch, felt like the whole thing could have been on MTV, which it was, in 1988:

Thanks - I choose to support Variety Village because a lot of the work they do with the disabled, developmentally disabled, and others who have been profoundly injured in some way make it a nice community. I help out there a bit occasionally, donate lots of books, so I don't mind changing things up for a few weeks.
While there are lots of primo places I could go, I like supporting VV, but thanks for the suggestion - much appreciated.
