    I hate the sniffles, its just enough to let you know if you hit the weights . you'll be sick the following day.

    Weight room still obliterated due to car crashing through it so been doing a mish-mash of cardio and machine weights in the main cardio and track area...walking to warm down, so got to watch some type of retro aerobics dance class, hadn't heard this in a long, long time, Run DMC, great song and was hilarious to watch, felt like the whole thing could have been on MTV, which it was, in 1988:

    10 min run @ 5:35/km
    wide grip pull ups 4x10
    seated row 3x12
    bent over row 3x10
    barbell curl 3x10
    whole lot of calf/achilles stretching

    Thanks - I choose to support Variety Village because a lot of the work they do with the disabled, developmentally disabled, and others who have been profoundly injured in some way make it a nice community. I help out there a bit occasionally, donate lots of books, so I don't mind changing things up for a few weeks.

    While there are lots of primo places I could go, I like supporting VV, but thanks for the suggestion - much appreciated.

    Should work in the States no problem...if anything, it's us up here in The Great White North that should be getting blocked....I'm sure you can Google the song and the various vids of it...good old Run DMC...it's Run DMC, "Mary, Mary"...
