It's been crazy busy in my little world lately, but I plan on getting back on track with 6 sets of pull-ups (2 sets of 3 grips) as soon as I get back home tonight!

The eldest isn't far off, and the youngest has it nailed at 5, but the middle one struggles with anything that even resembles exercise. She has a brain though. She has the smarts out of all of them.

I had a good workout tonight 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and I even broke a sweat. At physical therapy this morning I rode an upright stationary bike The first couple revolutions were. a little stiff but after that I settled into a nice pace. It may be time to ride a real bike. My right knee is still about 10 degrees shy of full range of motion but seems to be gradually improving. Being able to walk and move around normally is sure the dogs bollocks.
The older I get, the better I was

Stairs yesterday, with push-ups sit-ups and burpees between sets. Now off to Utah for a marathon relay.

Nope, never. We have the largest urban green space in North America in our river valley, with more than enough stairs.
