Did 8km on Sunday, keeping an eye on form, and it feels a bit better. Also spent a fair bit of time rolling and cupping the calves, that helped as well.

8km this morning. 3km warm up, sprints across the bridge with burpees on one side and partnered squat jumps on the other, 2km total, then 3km cool down.

crunches vs. Sit-ups it seems to be be six and a half dozen the other what works the abs more efficiently.
Ilmy vote is crunches because more muscle seeme to get contracted and for longer time that a situp, thoughts?

My calves don't feel too bad after the run yesterday in the Luna's. Slightly stiff but not an impediment to walking.

You guys have been busy! I've just been climbing, as is the norm these days. Down to 62.9 kilos the other day and down a whole percentage of fat. I have to go away for a work trip overnight tomorrow night so I intend to do door frame chin ups in the motel room :-)

Door frame chin ups are pretty cool. I guess there's quite a variation on how thick a door frame is, mine are 5/8 of an inch. Great for finger strength and lats. Be careful when you start out, though, they can create a lot of force on your finger joints.
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

I've always felt that sit-ups use my hip flexors as well as my abs, so crunches get my vote as well. Prefer hanging leg raises over either though, *if* you can avoid using your hip flexors.

35 minute run/walk. My first attempt at running since the accident in June. I'm basically on the same program I was last December starting out. I was about 35 LBS heavier then and had zero aerobic conditioning. Probably a little conservative but I'd rather error on the side of caution. Riding a bike is one thing but the impact of running is quite another. It went well though, nothing hurt, although it did take me a minute to get used to running again.
The older I get, the better I was

    Well done.

You might be a wee bit stiff in the legs tomorrow.

They should be rented, peeps try all kinds of body contortions to get their chin over that bar. Maybe "inward palm hang" or similar would be more fitting than "chin up"
