    Depth perception at night is a big issue with cycling as well.
    The best way to try overcome it is by having a bright light that has a lot of spillage on either side.

    Pushups 10, 10, 15, 10
    Swimmers press 2x10
    Tricep bench dips 2x10
    Front/side raises 2x10
    Superman's 2x10 w/two second hold
    Planks 30 secs, 45, 45
    Russian twists 2x10 each side

    39 miles to and from work.

    Really dark this morning - and Thug is right - brighter lighting helps. Sadly I have been wearing a jacket in the morning now riding.

    I was reading about rails to trails this week. There are far more bike trails converted from old railways in this country than I had thought. I actually thought of this thread when I was reading the article.

    Yeah, they have special wheels that you can clip on your bike that fit train rails.
