Great job on the zebrawood scales, Mike! It's been fun seeing them come along and what a spectacular result (like we all knew it would be ) You got that Tru-Oil finish perfected, gives me something to strive for.
I do believe that is one of the skateboard brush handles. Tom. Looks very cool, seems not so far from getting the knots in? Looking very good.
And mihai, those are beautiful horn scales, love the elegant shape. Very pleasing, betcha they're great in the hand too!"Go easy"

Nice work gentlemen. And Mike, i thought it was a secrete on how you get your high gloss shine. Now you told everyone. All i can say is it sure works well for a high gloss finish.

Thanked: 23We applied 3 layers according to the 24 hour recommendations, And after another 2-3 days I polished it.
As I said, the shine is not spectacular, my goal was to make wood more waterproof and look a little better.
