    How did Geneva Cutlery achieve the perfect looking roundness with their collarless pinning?

    This is the Razor with the bent scales I am trying to straighten out. No luck so far.

    I am certain that Genco used a stamping press of some sort to do those pins.

    I have ordered some of those mock-up bolts. Indeed, fumbling with the tiny nuts is getting harder and harder!
