    As promised earlier, here's the pic's of the Boker. Sorry no progress pics, we all don't want to see a pile of sand paper, and scratched up metal anyhoo.

    The before, (top razor)

    The after...

    In the last pic, lies the answer to why the very tip of the blade hits the inside of the scales. There's a twist in the scales just before the wedge. Didn't notice that, since I had left that pinned together after removing the original blade.
    So.....!! It comes back apart, and get these straightened, then I can finish honing it.

    Dang fine work you did bringing it back to life too Mike. Are the scales bone? They look great on this razor.

    Good question..... I've seen wedgey bokers, just not so clean as yours. You got that hazy shine thing going on that pulled me right in. They certainly don't come by ebay that often.

    Thanks Tom. Couldn't help it, I just wanted to make my hands and fingers hurt a bit more... I've been buffing and waxing out boats at work all week too.
