Martin, I'm pretty sure that your saying that the washer has a 'depression/bevel' on the Inside so the rod has a place to go instead of just up and over the washer. Yes, No? Maybe So?

I was 99.9% sure I just wanted clarification for those who are either new at this or didn't pick up what you'd said. Thank you.

A pic of the washers used , you can clearly see the bevel on top of the washer.

Nice collars! I took these to the buffer a bit with a pin-vise. Have not used any yet, though.

Nice work! I like how he leaves a generous bevel and oversized the holes just right.
Seems the pin could not seize and the peening would just keep pushing down.
Not to mention how they look awesome on your bone scales!

I've been wondering if the other side will have say a sunken old time ship/treasure chest/skeleton? Just wondering
I was planning on nothing on the other side. I was thinking about a ship, but not a sunken one. That is a good idea for a scale though, sunken ship and sharks or treasure. A scale is a pretty small place to try to paint an elaborate picture though. They are so long and thin not much fits in.
