Thanked: 4206Once I got the brass profiled, it's been all hand file and wet sand paper work from there. Been a lot slower process than planned as the see through red has zero forgiveness for scratches left behind. I really like the brass edged look and think it'll really pop once all polished up.
I think it looks like geography as well John. I always flunked those Rorschach ink blot tests too though, ha ha."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

I've been hanging around reading the festivities whilst honing this Turner, brass railed frame back....turned out had to remove a couple of small chips in the edge...so slow and steady on the Nani 3/6....ready for the 6k now, then the rest tomorrow I think....
Applied a tiny dab of neatsfoot oil to the scales a couple of days ago to hydrate them a bit.
