Any Gamers amongst us?

I'm a MW3 kinda guy, have been with COD since the original on PC. i know everyone says COD2 was the classic, but i just think COD had a visceral, desparate quality to it that wasn't present in the series again up until COD:MW.

I think I may switch from COD to Battlefield this year.

I think you're probably doing the right thing MP wise, Battlefield i think always had the edge there

Almost all the Battlefield titles make great MP games.
2142 is quite cool
I used to play BF2 against /with a bunch of these guys on the barracks at Gillingham - talk about transferable skills lol!

But if my family had a regiment it would be the Royal Irish, because a fair bunch of them is in the royal Irish lol

This was them supporting your boys in Helmand, my cousin would be one of the fellas in the sanger on the MG

I'm thinking the same. My dilemma is that, while fun, MW2 was a joke on PC without dedicated servers; waiting for a match to start, waiting for a host switch when the host left, and so many hax. MW3 is going back to dedicated servers and will have full Steam support, whereas BF3 will be on Origin.

It might all come down to BF having fighter jets.

I miss Tribes 2, with it's 64-player games and maps so big you needed a flying machine to get from one side to the other.

I have a 360 and am also a PC gamer. Life is busy right now, so I haven't played much lately. Counter-strike: Source gets most of my time. I love the original Fable for PC and all of them for 360, although Fable 3 was a bit of a disappointment in my book. I play COD4 for PC and the rest for 360. Day of Defeat for PC is one of my favorites as well. I also use a SNES emulator and play games on the computer using my USB 360 controller.
