Have you managed to keep Jack since then? if not the key with that, i found, was to leave her loyalty mission as late on as poss to get enough paragon/renegade points to pass the speech check in order to keep her and mirandas loyalty, as its jacks loyalty mission that triggers the catfight. Also, if you don't build all the companion ugrades (ship/weapons) she can die. am not sure if it's her upgrade you have to build, but am pretty sure that if you don't build improved shielding or hull plating she can die in the hold during the occulon attacks past the omega relay.
Jimbo and theseus, yep i love zelda games too, i have a gamecube and was able to get a special edition of windwaker that inculded a port of occarina of time and all the previous zelda games up to that point. I also managed to get the gamecube edition of twilight princess (main difference being it's a mirror image of the wii edition as link is a south paw and most people aren't). Was never a majoras mask fan.. just stepped outside of my comfort zone a little too much, i like to play as link, the gameplay was just a little too weird for me. LOVED windwaker though. haven't had another zelda game since as i don't have a wii. my mum does though.. hmm..

Thanked: 46I think I was supposed to leave her behind on the last mission choice but I accidentally took her with me so she got splattered. I already had every upgradem hers included. I'll try to get both of them to hate me next time around.

hmm thats not right, she's one of the ones you should take apparently because she's a crappy defender, there's specific characters your supposed to leave behind and take based on their attributes. Pick garrus to lead the second squad and legion to go in the pipe, then pick mordin to lead the normandy crew survivors back to the normandy, garrus to lead the second squad again, and Samara to put up the field against the seeker swarms. for my squads up to here i took Zaeed and jacob if i remember right. I also retrained my powers before going for squad warp ammo because as i said before, it's on par with all the other individual ammo types against every kind of armour/shield/barrier, so no changing ammo types. Then when you go into fight the human reaper, take jack and miranda, because everyone else is a strong defender and if left behind they have the most likely chance to die.
The game does throw in some random chance throws were people can die randomly even if you choose the right people, get all the upgrades and have everyones loyalty. Also picking the wrong person for a task may not result in the death of that person. For example, on my first play i picked someone else to lead the second squad, other than garrus, and garrus was the one who died. Picking miranda to create the barrier for the seeker swarms caused thane to die.

Thanked: 46I used the thief for the pipe and it worked out fine. You do need to hustle along though. Garrus always lead my second team but I read somwhere that I should have left Jack with others who were strong defenders to keep her a live. Regardless, next time I'll have several saves and work it out.

Who else is replaying Diablo II because they didn't get selected to beta test Diablo III? Or did any of you get lucky enough to beta?

Can't believe I missed the computer p0rn in here! Loved the ME series, UT anything, COD when I'm bored, and FIFA on PC.

I use commiecat on Steam and PS3 as well if anyone wants to add.

Nice
Is that G.Skill Ripjaw RAM? How do you find it, I'm thinking of getting some? Seems to have a good price/performance balance.
I use Paddy on steam, anyone is welcome to add me.
I preferred ME1, the gameplay was more polished for me, although every planet was the same lol
ME2, well it is cool, but there is lots that annoys me in it - the planet scanner thing is a waste of time, but you have to do it.
Btw I used Legion in the pipe, Garrus as second squad, Jack to get people back to ship, kept Legion and Thane with me against reaper iirc and everyone lived.
Jack died on my first play-through as I did her loyalty mission too early and sided with Miranda at cat fight.
I always take my first play-through onto the next game, as it feels like cheating on the replay as you know where things are in advance! Still take other play-throughs on as well, but only after the first one!Last edited by PaddyX21; 09-22-2011 at 04:36 PM.

Yep those are Ripjaws. They've been well so far; fit my budget and were known to be good with my ASRock mobo. I had only used G.Skill previously in laptops and have been happy with them.
I saved the guy in ME1 by the nuke, and my squad survived the end of ME2. I went through them both just once as paragon. I tried restarting ME1 to play as renegade, but those choices make you seem more like a huge jerk than a renegade. Really looking forward to the final chapter in that.
Thoughts on BF3 and MW3? I'm probably going to get one but I'm not sure which yet. I'm also really interested in RAGE.
