    I would agree, that there's no such thing as bad US steel. All the ones I own have given me impeccable shaves IMHO.

    Oh NO! As they go into the wind-chime box, the edge is run on a spinning stone and then a spinning wire brush.

    I was gifted one of those holders. Have not tried it yet, but may be nice for odd-shaped stones.
    For the generic Naniwas, I devised these out of a scrap of Corian and some bronze rod. Rubber pads on the bottom of one. Need to get some for the other!

    Easy to wash off.
    They work really well for me.

    I have seen two of your wind-chimes at Charlie's shop. My immediate reaction was, "There are a lot of good fixer-uppers hanging there!"

    Not so much, Ron! Bunch with cracks, bad temper, wear, etc!
