    Nut'in Special

Baked Breaded Salmon with baked beans and my idea of Jo-Jo's. Russet potatoes that were quartered and then dipped in extra virgin olive oil then rolled in Italian Bread Crumbs and baked.

    Peasant Food but Good Eats!

Spicy beans that include onions, celery, red and green bell pepper, parsley and some crushed red pepper flakes among other things. Cottage cheese on the side with some steamed green beans and some biscuits.

Normally I serve this on white rice but I wasn't in the mood for rice.

Dessert was Banana Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie with a Vanilla Wafer crust.

It's good to have chunk of pasta dough in the freezer for a quick lunch. Pasta Arrabbiata.

Well it shouldn't be too big of a chunk. Just enough.
