    On a serious note, I envy you being that close to nature.
    Nice photo,,was that with a hand held or one of those outside mounted cameras?

    Walked outside to head to the rig, and they stepped out, so I ran back in and grabbed the Camera to take a pic, basically just to mess with you they were right in front of the house, but by the time I got back out there they had headed back toward the trees ...
    Spotted the first Elk of the season last week right on the road too, nice Bull

    If its brown....it's down !!! I ran out of deer meat 5 months ago....won't be long !!!

    My first trip to Paris I had the most delicious grouse our very first night at this place.

    Petit Marguery Rive Gauche - Accueil

    The breast was left nicely pink, the liver was turned into a mousseline and spread on toast triangles, and it was all served up with wild mushrooms and a truffle sauce. And in France they don't serve farm raised grouse. In fact I damn nearly broke a tooth on a small piece of buckshot left in the bird. You don't find it in restaurants here. If that we're my back yard there would have been he sound of a gunshot followed by the smell of roasted game bird!

    I'm hungry tonight!!!! Chicken cooked on the Weber Grill,Brussel sprouts,carrots,onion,roasted with rosemary and olive and a drizzle of maple syrup .
