10-18-2013, 04:27 PM #342Today's Dinner
Tenderloin on Sourdough Bread with tsatsiki. Simple Yet so good.
(I made a sourdough Bread yesterday so i used it for todays dinner. )
I got to play with my new Parer today and it was so freaking good. just sayin
Tenderloin pre color with black pepper, white pepper, salt and garlic.
Tenderloin goes in the oven with a few cuts that i filled with garlic and honey.
After 10 mins resting i slice it with my epic Parer from Harner/Mclean.
Some green stuff.
Served with a good Masi Amarone
Bon Appetit, Nom Nom Nom....

There was a lot of skill put into that dinner,,,,many times I have dreamed that I am a chef because I love to eat different things; you always see smiles on people's faces when you present them a dish of food like that & I've never seen anybody get angry with their chef,,,

Mr Magnus, ahhhhh Masi Amarone, or most Amarone's....one of my absolute favorites back in the day when alcohol didn't turn my insides into mush, my head into an electrical storm and make my mouth feel like a baby dragon went potty in it!!
Excellent match for a meat dish....I remember choosing a very expensive '94 Amarone with some duck that I was serving. Back in the day when the first bottle was the nice stuff, next bottles were planc...the cheap stuff, because by then it didn't matter...good times!
