First shave ever with my IXL Improved Swiss. What a fantastic shaver it is!!!! Also, first ever SOTD post. If you guys are wondering, my scuttle is a microwavable soup cup. It makes a fantastic scuttle because it fits a soap puck quite well and has a plastic lid so I can travel with it

Happy shaving to all this week!!!

Welcome to our little corner of SRP. Happy to have you join us, MasterMason!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Omega boar
    Soap: Tabac Original
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
Razor: John Barber, 5/8 wedge in horn scales
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Leather Chypre home made splash
Notes: I have stumbled upon my favorite shaving gear combo, and I've used it a lot lately. This razor rocks, and the brush brings out the best in this great soap. A truly enjoyable 2-pass BBS shave.
