Yeah, have another one similar. Definitely both natural with holes drilled.
Guess it was to prevent wire edge like some of the old barber hones.

Well since you have it in hand, I’m going with your knowledge. The dimples on a natural is a new one for me. Any idea who made the hone?

Neither had any info regarding maker, but both had instructions in English.
Haven't had a chance to try new one yet, but will compare with barbers delight.

A little on the sweet side, when applied, but as shown in the pic, French girls love it!!

Judging by the Basenotes write-up, that "sweetness" ought to mellow-out real nicely. I always like the drydown with a cedarwood-vetiver base. Enjoy your new acquisition!
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Arriving Saturday - Yaqi 24mm synthetic Tuxedo, if I like it I will get some more Yaqi brushes.

Definately worth a try for $26 Canadian from Amazon.

Might even replace my boars, Yaqi does some real purty ones

I have that one as well, quite like it actually, it's a fave according to some YouTube channels! Believe my kids got it for me, I like it, what do you think? Settles down a bit, has it grown on you at all?
