Well done, I love the f/b workouts. Can I ask what "CM" is?

Went for a quickish 5k run this evening.

Tomorrow is a public holiday here, so will go for a longer ride.

If I don't bend them, the pain is only excruciating. Will be going for a good stretch session today at lunch.

    Have you considered a massage?

There was a smidge of hyperbole in my previous statement, but I do have physio booked this week. An hour of stretching made a huge difference though.

Creatine Monohydrate I find it really helps with the recovery side of things, let's you go a bit harder too

There are other forms of Creatine out there but I think, and the evidence agrees, that CM is the most effective form.

    Today's Routine

Dynamic warm-up: lunges, side lunge, knee to chest, cranes, air squats, pushups.

    Routine:
    Squat jumps 2 sets x 10 reps
    Jump rope 2 x 30 seconds
    Pushups 2 x 10
    Alternate side lunges 2 x 10
    Dumbbell squats 2 x 10

    Stretch routine

Feel poorly so I stayed home today; did my routine minus equipment. It felt good to sweat.

IC. I also take creatine, the 'CM' just didn't come to me. I find Glutamine to also aid in recovery.

A good 52k ride which ended up at a mates bike/coffee shop.
A couple of double Americano's with a BLT Panini.
    Then another 8k's home.
