A relaxing day today. Cycled 15km and then took a 3km walk with wife and toddler. Though not sure I can count that as exercise because I had a pipe on the way.

I love running trails. Time is making it a bit rare though and I'm running roads a lot 😒

Presume that you mean deads. After the week off and sore back was back down 10kg. Was hoping last workout that I would have made reps for a secondtime but with the strap breaking and loss of momentum didn't happen. Do them again tomorrow hopefully so will see then. If I can lift all reps well will move back up again to where I was. Main thing is that my back is good again so is only a matter of time till I start moving forward again.

Rode 29 miles Saturday - rode to my favorite coffee shop in Covington, KY, then rode up to Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati, Ohio for a pretzel.

Thug - I did see a 2011 Buick Impala - does that count?

It is worth noting... I wasn't on a bench lol this was done safely lying on the floor. When she decided it would be a good idea to jump on daddy.

Please do not take your small children to the gym for use as a barbell

Track day this morning. Track days are the best and the worst, I love it because I was a sprinter in school, and can keep up or pass the elites in our group in the 100m, but I always end up pulling a hamstring by the 4th heat. Taking it easy tonight for beer league tonight and doing 3rd base coach duty.
