This evening I headed out to a wood mulch trail and ran 3.8 miles with 5x1 minute intervals. I started off slow due to residual soreness from Sunday's long run. Right after the first incline I was startled by two coeds passing me at a good clip. I actually gave out an "aaaaahh" and jumped. My self identity as a trail runner and general woodsy fellow took a hit. The young gals were absent on subsequent laps so I think they were finishing a short run when they blew by me. Next time I plan to let them eat my dust. (Que Rocky theme)

An awesome 25km night ride at a good tempo with some mates. Even managed to set a couple of PR's on Strava.

Still doing 9k's on the erg, but trying to work in some intervals once a week. Man do I hate intervals...

Bodyweight is similar, but I'm doing rings turned out dips and arched, chest to bar pullups. Also working on handstands.
