    Indeed.

But i figure chasing my daughter up and down hills and taking the obligatory daddy turn on the monkey bars buys me the odd point 😂

39 miles to and from work yesterday.

Got up to ride this morning and 100 yards in to the ride it started to pour. I turned around and went home and drove in.

It was 41 degrees and raining and I really don't have the gear to deal with that yet.

Should have put on the rain gear and headed back out

I don't have waterproof gear and riding in 41 degree temps soaking wet is not the wisest decision. I can ride in the rain in the summer because it feels good but in the cold temps it get dangerous.

Good excuse to get rain gear, plus you burn more calories when your cold

A 31km ride this morning on my Singlespeed road bike (48x16). Just the right gear to test my legs and fitness out on some of the climbs, although I do spin a bit on the downhill sections. I should use this bike more often.

Some hill sprints this moring, 4 x 15 seconds at redline, easy jog for the other 3kms. Last dry morning for a while, as 5-10cm of snow is forecast today.
