Over the last couple months or so I did get these scaled and shaving. Same blank size but differing grinds and pin locations. Cost me some time as I thought I had a pair (razors)! A difference of almost a ¼" in scale length. Two KROPP's 8/8ths and a Kabeso 7/8ths. Aluminum on the Kabeso and and celluloid scales on the KROPP's

Challenge Cutlery Hollow Ground Square Point Razor - Bridgeport CT.

The shiny pics are not the end result. That is after progessing from 220 through 800 grit W/D paper. Still have 1k and 2k paper to use on it. There will be some indication of age left, but she will be shiny and bright. Then I get to try and put an edge on her.

Got a few ready to go out for heat treat. A 15/16" square point, a 7/8" French point western kamisori, and a wee kamisori.

Currently on finals, but here are some projects ongoing that should finalize this summer :

    And customed scales "old style"

Pinned (and not glued) on G10 (way lighter than brass and even aluminum) with silver nails.

What is that material? Is it something that has been re-purposed or is it made for scales?
