It seems to have an edge on it except for the toe needs a little more Shaun. it seems I had one quite awhile back that needed some attention at the toe but this one is still looking good. I hope it starts to get an edge just as the bevel at the toe is even with the rest of it.
I'm burning up! It's 70 degrees here at 12:27am, just turned the AC back on. That's Texas weather for ya. Many times it is heat at night & AC in the day. except when it gets colder.

Thank you Shaun. On rare occasions, we have gotten freezing rain & snow. I remember when I was working at the Harley dealership here when one day it snowed & I was the only employee to ride my Harley to work that day. It snows in the Dallas/Ft Worth area every winter which is 275-300 miles north of here. But your right going by where you are, we pretty much have a year round riding season here with a few cold & nasty days. Every year is different. One year we might have a warmer winter when the next might be just the opposite. One year, we got a good layer of snow on the ground on Christmas day.

Here's a couple new standard looking scales I'm creating. Maple wood. I'm un happy with how solid blochy the blue is on one of them so I'll try to thin it out a bit before putting the finish coat on them. But they're fairly thin and I'm uncertain how deep the stain went, so we'll have to see how it goes. I put a pause on the boker king cutter ones, and finished the antler ones for Butzy.
Grrrrr sorry they're all upside down. ?

You da man Jerry!
I rode my Harley to work that day because it was my only transportation but it didn't bother me except when I went across the 2 overpasses on the way. I rode in the part that car tire tracks were because the ice was pretty much gone in those spots. I did feel my front end slide a little. I got to work & my butt didn't take a bite out of my seat thank God!
