Thread: What are you working on?

It sucks to stare into the dark all night, but the sunrises you'll see will be amazing..!!

Traffic isn't bad, and might get paid more for night shift.

Nice comment Mike but i see the sun rise every day and the pay is the same as day shift.
Starting at a new company, still hauling gas so the only real change is working in the dark longer and delivering to new stores. They asked if i wanted to do mountian stores. I told them that if i have a choice, NO! Ive done that for way too long.
No traffic at night is going to be a nice change. Trying to get overly rested these last couple days to help with staying up all night. Normally i work from 3am to 5pm. Now its going to be 5pm to 5am. Less hours but the pay is much better. And better insurance. Its a good move on my part but change is tough.

Sorry, this is not the place so this type of post so i will let it go now. Just some prayers to a safe change would make me feel better. Thanks all.

Well, these are things were working on, Jerry. May it be razors or life, were trying to make it better than it is.

I too, have been gifted the opportunity for something better in the field of employment. Same money to start, dollar more after thirty days, medical, profit sharing, bonuses, and more time off, and free schooling for product updates n such. One more week to a restored life,.... At least, better than it was.

How true..Things always happen in threes.

Kids are grown and gone, so I can finally get down to some home renovations and repairs, without the kids destroying it before I get it done.

Completely understand the kid thing........I can't even keep the house in order fo more than 10 minutes

I made the mistake of doing a complete renovation and my 20 year old son at the time threw a party. They never seem to want to leave.
