Funny thing is, I didn't even notice this Wester Bros blade has a blued tang and tail. Very cool.

Your PM to me early about your Dubl Duck Mike, inspired me to go at this razor tonight. Probably sooner the better with this cell rot that's happening. Just need to decide what material to use for replacement scales.

Good call. I ruined my only Case Red Imp leaving it some farty skins. Bought it to fix and by the time I got to it, wasn't fixable no mo.
That blade would look good in something similar again, material wise so bolsters and such can be transferred. IMO. Or maybe thin bone with the bolsters?

Ya I'm thinking something very similar. Is there something that looks similar to French Ivory? Even that imitation ivory G10 might do well here.

I have seen some in yellowheart? I think? Some yellow wood. It looks close and the inlays can be covered with CA or epoxy.
Still need to find something to go over celluloid. I have never seen inlays on G10, but that would be cool.
I suppose you do have some specialized adhesives there, eh? EH?

Bubble gum can be a viable replacement for CA, but CA is not....... I repeat........ not viable replacement for bubble gum. Most people don't know this

Hahaha. I've read on here that the best way sometimes, is to just try it yourself instead of asking. That way you can just experience it yourself. Know what I mean?
