Those are looking good Outback. I like your method with the clear tape. I always avoid blades with gold on them but I may pick one up and give it a go. I suppose you could double up for some light sanding as well.

Dont know how sanding would work. But seems if its away from the tapes edge, it may work.
Use the satin finish tape, or you'll play hell seeing the tape against the etch. It highlights faded etches quite well

HAR! No BS here, outback! I am on a mission to pay sales tax, property taxes as well as keeping the jump I had on the billage.....
This time of year is tough. Gotta get through it. MANY projects to go, however!

Made myself an improv light box tonight out of a cardboard box and a busted fluorescent light diffuser panel.

Need to get much brighter led bulbs but it seems to help.

This is with 60w equivalent led screw in bulbs and shot with an iphone.

Looks good Mike. I'm amazed at some of the pictures I have taken with an iPhone and a light box.
