    Those are looking good Outback. I like your method with the clear tape. I always avoid blades with gold on them but I may pick one up and give it a go. I suppose you could double up for some light sanding as well.

    Dont know how sanding would work. But seems if its away from the tapes edge, it may work.
    Use the satin finish tape, or you'll play hell seeing the tape against the etch. It highlights faded etches quite well

    Made myself an improv light box tonight out of a cardboard box and a busted fluorescent light diffuser panel.
