Here you go guys! I have stolen/borrowed so many ideas/tips from you guys maybe I can give a little back here. Used to do a lot of photography for the wife who was selling jewelry and small items on the Bay. Had it find it and dig it out!

Go to a fabric store ( Joann's fabrics in States ) and they have white ripstop nylon that is flexible and easy to wrap around the top, sides and/or back of a homemade box.

Made the frame out of 1/2" PVC and lots of T's, 90 degree elbows and end caps. Cut PVC tubing to the size you need and put it together but DO NOT GLUE!!! Just slip everything together and that way you can break it down when not in use and you can also change the dimensions with different lengths of tube.

Hope it helps someone. I got a lot of use out of it at one time!!

The ripstop is just tossed on top for a quick pic but when setting it up I used Velcro tape on tubes and material to stretch it tight.

P.S. Coffee cup used for size comparison!

Yeah, that was part of the idea! That's why you don't glue it, it folds up for storage or transport. The ripstop is nice too because it really diffuses the light to give you a nice, soft light. I used to use 2 lights, one on the left, low and shining thru the side and another to the right a little higher so it shines thru the top and the side. Gives a nice, all encompassing light.

Now that it's out again, I'm gonna have to put it to use and take some decent pics for SOTD,!! Time to bust out the Nikon 35mm digital.

BTW, loving your brush restore! Expanding your horizons from just razors, huh!

Got everything polished up, even the bolsters. Got it honed up too. King 1k, Norton 4/8, Sigma Power Select ii 13k, Zulu grey. I have to admit, this was one of the easier blades I've honed recently. Love when that happens!
