Yeah, "toothpick" boxes lol (just kidding, Jerry)! I need to try those at some point. What tool are you using to hollow them?

Razor boxes? I guess its possible but to answer Tim and Aaron, they are hollowed out with a 1/2" drill bit. About 3/4" around on the outside. But larger could be done. It would make for a large tube that would need padding or wood inserts to take up some space.
My next box to try is the Acorn. Maybe in a week or so as my band saw should be here by then!It's just Sharpening, right?
