    Finished honing the Herder.
    Lots of leather.
    Cuts through arm hair, like Moses did the red sea.

    Test shave in the morning.

    I'm with Tom on this one, I could see if it was a really old rare razor but this is not the case, lots of ducks around.

    Done through 2 1k hones, the brown turd, etc and so forth. Still being in shorts, I am using the tops of my thigh near the knee to test. My left arm is growing back in nicely!

    Simply approach the edge to a leg-hair and it jets off into oblivion rather than feel the wrath.

    Yeah no wind chime pile for the duck yet. Ill try to hone it just for kicks. I knew it wasn't pretty when i bought it but it was cheap and I've been trying to find one for a while. They are kinda expensive these days..

    Well, either in this thread or likely the butchered blade thread we ran a gamut of stabilizer work.

    Come to think of it, why don't you use outback's slash-cut technique?
    That would get it going right-now...
