I dunno. I was sending him (of all things) a fancy steam-iron. It was kinda crammed-in with some DE blades and the razor in a coffin in there. Taped-up good.
I reckon they footballed it and the end of the iron poked-through?
The DE blades were still in there.

Thanked: 4826Very odd Tom. It is never nice when stuff vanishes. I am typically very particular about packing. My display arrived very well packed.

Well...A certain amount of reciprocation was involved there, Shaun...
NOBODY packs as anally as you do!
Something like this happens and you find ways to blame yourself.
Shoulda used a bigger box. More padding. Extra dough!

Slow going here, moved and working on getting power to this little shop. My lathe is in the basement so that is my only shop until the wire can be run under this... Brushes for now, no blades or work on my first batch of razors.

That's why my anvils were incased in closed cell foam. Betcha you call the offices where it arrived and departed, they may have it. Then find out who the delivery drivers were, if the PO doesn't have it. Would think it could be tracked down. I know I'd be crawling up some people's [emoji206] if it were mine. Just saying.

Thanked: 4206That's awful about Razorfield Rattler Tom. Sorry to hear it.
Looked beautiful too, you did a bang up job on it."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Thanked: 4826I am a little OCD on the packing, but stuff still gets lost and broken.
