You might have to take tomorrow off to pick up some new rubber for that bike.

Yeah, as you say, very mental. I did four climbs today. I tend to get angry at the rock when it gets hard. I sort of growl and swear and say "come ON!" as I climb... Did all the climbs (up to a grade 17 without falling once

Don't get to angry inanimate objects have been known to fire back. If you talk nice to the rock, the rock will keep you safe. Well you'll keep a level head

Yesterday: Easy 5 mile run (a bit over 5.25 but who's counting)
Today: Bike ride down to Dunedin (30 miles and change round trip). At about 16 miles, in what was certainly approaching mid-day heat, a steady downpour started. It was quite refreshing and a nice break from what would otherwise have been oppressive heat. Lessons learned today: 1. Always eat breakfast before your bike ride. 2. The Camelback is indeed must have kit and is well worth the money. 3. Riding in the rain is the dogs bollocks- it felt like when I was a kid cruising around the neighborhood.

Nike "We Run" half marathon (Buenos Aires) yesterday. About 1:55. Not my best time for a half marathon, but better than my last one.

Shoulders and biceps today, along with 20 minutes on the elliptical.

Here's me after pulling my arms sockets out - 2 sets of chin-ups 5 each...that's why I'm beat red!
