    As RezDog says, if you want swelling to go down, use some ice.

    I agree but remember to use half the ice on the injury and half in the scotch
    Guaranteed to feel no pain if you repeat this treatment often enough

    If I only had some. I was planning to get something last Friday after work, but instead I screwed up my ankle, first.
