Very nice collection. How are the straights on the right held in? I cant make it out from the pic and it seems like a neat and dare I say fashionable way to display a collection.

    Nice Orange color I think.
I would like to remind folks that the wedges on these blades can be of very inferior celluloid and to check the ends of the blade often to detect beginning of rust.

You mean Solingen razors with white wedges?
Good warning whatever the case is, I didn't know certain wedges were made of celluloid prone to rotting.

As far as I'm concerned ANY and ALL celluloid needs to have an eye kept on them. Better safe than sorry.

While I've never heard of it happening to razors, I've read of knife guys who have stored their vintage knives with celluloid handles in a box or such together only to open it a year or two later and find then entire group rusted beyond help.

This pic should help you to understand.
And where my finger is pointing is one of those super disc magnets recessed into the board. Then board covered in Felt. Trim on outside edges of board.
Tha'ts really about it. Easy to make and I used Hot glue on top and behind the magnet to keep it in place. Oh, And cup hooks with the tips cut off so that razor fits in and come out easy. I put shrink tubing on the tips of the hooks but they started falling off so some have the covers and others don't. Thought about some rubber caps to slide on the hooks but never got around to it.

Pretty sure that is what happened here. All of the other cases were fine.
