Got the Jacoby & Wester pinned but still haven’t got a chance to put it on the hones.
I’m hoping to get this Clauss USMC finished by tomorrow. November 10th is the Marine Corps’s birthday so it would be nice to shave with this one. SEMPER FI!

Managed to get the George Rohr, together.
Still needs honed, and the final touches done, but its together.
Made the wedge from lead, and brass shims, and pinned with brass rod, and brass washers, that I domed into collars, using the carved, bone scales, sent by Rez.

Thanks guys, it was a real PITA getting the wedge right. Took me three attempts to get the proper thickness, and angle, to fit the brass shims in.
Rez...the scales are a perfect fit for the blade, the blade fills them completely.Mike

Thanked: 4826I really like the lines wedges and I am going to have to try one sooner or later. What thickness of stock are you using?

Man, that's awesome Mike!
Definitely worth the three tries with the wedge.
Enjoy your birthday shave.
