You betcha, Jerry. $100 a set would be cheap.

Some of these woods we use can be quite pricey.

The the price for all the equipment... Saws, sanders, sand paper, solvents, brushes, rags, TruOil/finishes, steel wool, polishes, waxes, and the big part.....your time.!

    Yep....$100 is a good deal.!

At least you have a belt sander. I'm still using my redneck belt sander.

    100. Ha. 200 would almost be worth it. Funny. They would never sell but it might be fun to post some for sale at that price on eBay. You never know.

Another picture on my workshop wall to keep me motivated Jerry, one day my new scales will look like those.

    One day Steve.
Keep up the faith. It just takes a little practice.

Here they are. Pinned and ready for the "Needs Honed" Cup. That cup is getting full. I should try and spend the weekend honing. We will see.

Lined wedge. It's hard to see as it blends in with the colors.

Okay, will tell you a story with narrative and pictures. So, my son got me a 7 day razor set for Christmas in 2014. They are the Zeva Razors. Not the greatest, I think they're Chinese. However, to me they are priceless. A gift from the heart from your son is always priceless!

Fast forward 8 years. I have been needing a case for them. I went to the local cigar shop and low and behold there it was! I knew that I could make this into a razor storage box to house these razors.

So I got to work this weekend using cedar strips that I have from another project. I lined the inside with cedar and customized it so the razors fit like a glove.

Put some foam in the lid to hold the razors securely in place when it's closed.

This was a fun project and it turned out okay and will serve the purpose that it was designed to do!
