My latest save. Henckels #19, cleaned up, honed 1k, 3k, 8k and finished with a Zulu.
Acrylic scales and guitar pick wedge. Sorry no before photos.

There's multiple things used..
Tru-Oil
Tunge oil
Shalac
Urethane
Polycrylic ( water based )
Renwax
Bee's wax
Teak oil
Ect.Mike
